Peugeot 208 GTI – Stage 4 RCZ turbo kit
Combining a THP200 engine with upgraded parts is always good. Specially if you take an RCZ turbo, a front mount intercooler, a full exhaust and Water-methanol injection, the combination can bring fantastic results. With 300hp at the flywheel on a stock engine, what else could anyone ask of their THP200? The power gains are just crazy.
How it works
The bigger turbo helps with power at high rpm. The front mount intercooler controls intake air temperature. The full exhaust gets rid of unwanted backpressure, making the whole system more efficient. The Water-Methanol Injection kit cools down intake air temperature and improves the fuel’s octane rating.
To top it all, the THP200 cylinder head systems makes sure that performance is consistent all the way to the rev limit. Variable cam timing adjustments and valve lift adjustments ensure that the car behaves as if it was on upgraded camshafts.

The remap combines torque remodelling, cam timing and valve lift modifications, injection modifications, ignition modifications and boost management hacks. Operating at just 1.4bars across the rev range with 1mm of valve lift higher than stock, the power output climbs smoothly to 300hp at the flywheel.
