VW Golf VII 1.6 TDi Bluemotion
We have the opportunity due to our latest flashers that we have to succesfully remap the latest 1.6TDi engines of VW group with the Delphi DCM 6.2
We tuned some of them out of our dynoroom but few days ago we had the opportunity to have a Golf VII 1.6TDi bluemotion to make some RnD and tune it inhouse.
As a stock one showed us 125hp and 270Nm , after the tune we managed to get 145hp and 311Nm of torque.
This one was a DSG7 (dq200) also so we had a tune with not so aggressive torque in the lower and mid rev range to avoid slipage from the disks. We can manage more torque but we have to do a remap on DSG to raise the torque limits and also raise the clutch pressure at the disks.
Performance results
- Maximum horsepower: 145hp (measured stock 125hp), gains 20hp
- Maximum torque: 311Nm (measured stock 260Nm), gains 51Nm
