Peugeot 207RC THP175 1.6T – Stage4 hybrid turbo 98RON+wmi
Tuning the 1.6 liter Prince engine on the Peugeot 207RC can be very rewarding. Specially since this owner decided to repair and reinforce his engine because of high mileage. With upgraded pistons, upgraded connecting rods. The engine block itself received new blockguard sleeves, converting it into a closed deck design. Then by installing a keyway onto the crankshaft to avoid cam timing slip. Reconditioning the cylinder head and also installing more aggressive camshafts. A hybrid turbo with boost-actuated wastegate and an electronic boost controller to manage it all. Together with all of the above, larger injectors to make sure the engine can make it past 300bhp safely, without fueling issues.

Performance results
We setup and tuned 4 different operating modes, selectable via the electronic boost controller. Only RACE mode requiring the use of wmi:
- Boost controller OFF (green lines): 211whp
- Boost controller LOW (purple lines): 261whp
- Boost controller HIGH (blue lines): 285whp
- Boost controller RACE, for use with wmi (red lines): 325whp
