Ford Ranger 2.0TDCi biturbo MY2020 – Stage1 + modifications for short final drive

The almighty biturbo diesel Ranger used to be untunable. Until very recently, when we gained access to its Continental SID212 engine management system. Since then, we have developed solutions for more power and also a customized -shorter- final drive. Which can be very useful for off-road conditions. Our Stage1 tune maintains full usability on all stock exhaust emissions systems, with added performance. The engine reliably gains about 21hp power and 43Nm torque.

Upgrade specifications

  • Stock hardware
  • Stage1 #etuners tune for upgraded power and vmax removal, which is very necessary when a shorter final drive ratio is installed. Flashed via OBD2.

  • Maximum engine power: 225hp (measured 201hp stock), gains 21hp
