We have developed gearbox remaps and new features for the latest generation of DSG6 DQ250 6 speed gearboxes, which is found on the MQB platform. A very wide range of VAG Gen3/MQB DSG equipped cars are supported, including the VW Golf 7R and the Audi S3 8V. Hybrid turbo owners will be pleased to find out there is a solution now to fix their gearbox slip problems, once and for all.

New features

• faster gear shifts
• customized shift points
• kickdown delete / kickup delete per request
• increased clutch clamping force, to fix DSG slip on high torque setups (on stage3 DSG remaps)
• boosted launch control, where supported by the gearbox fw
• firmware customizations for gear galibration to accommodate and transplant different gearboxes using the same TCUA good example for the necessity of stage3 DSG remap is on the TTE525 upgraded Audi S3 8V. With an Etuners stage3 DSG remap the clutch slip at overboost was eliminated successfully.
