There are two version of the Mini One 1.6D MY2012: One rated at 90hp and another one rated at 115hp. Thankfully, both are identical engine-wise and not very fast on the road. Accelerating from 100km/h to 140km/h takes an eternity and a day.
With an #Etuners Stage1 ECU remap on Bosch EDC17C41 ECU, power reaches 150hp with a monstrous torque gain.
The car tested had a manual 6-speed gearbox and 90000km on the dashboard.
Needless to say, with the remap it becomes a completely different car on the road.
