Renault Clio IV 1.5dCi – Stage 1
A customer with a new Renault Clio Diesel came to us and asked for a solution on his car. We already had it!!!
This small hatchback is equipped with the 1.5 liter dCi engine by Renault and from the factory produces 90hp. On the dyno we saw 97hp and 230Nm of torque as a stock one. After an hour or so and some tweeking in the ecu we managed to gain an extra 25hp and almost 80Nm of torque.
The final result was very satisfying for the customer because not only the power and the torque was greater and bigger over the whole rev range but the throttle response and turbo spool was dramatically changed to better after the remap.
