Hyundai i30N Performance 2.0T – #Etuners Stage3 Turbototal hybrid turbo STG2 100RON
Turbo total has produced three different hybrid turbo solutions for the Hyundai I30N Performance, also called Veloster on the other side of the Atlantic. STG1 for up to 350hp, STG2 up to 400hp and STG3 up to 450hp, engine power.
Considering that the 2liter engine powering the i30N is still relatively new, the choice that makes most sense is to go with a STG2 hybrid. Upgraded high pressure fuel pump is stronly recommended so that the fueling can keep up, together with upgraded cold air intake kit, intercooler, and downpipe.
A custom #etuners Stage3 ECU remap was developed on dyno, to tame the new turbo and make sure it holds top-end boost, to make power. And it did this in a much better manner compared to the stock turbocharger. A big thank you to the owner for trusting us with his car.
