When this Seat Leon FR first arrived at our facility, the Bosch MG1CS011 ECU could not be unlocked. Like most ECUs produced after June 2020, this late-model unit featured strict factory security parameters that prevented traditional tuning methods. While third-party remote unlocking services eventually emerged, they required shipping the ECU abroad—a costly, lengthy process. That was impractical for owners who rely on their vehicle as a daily driver. To solve this issue, we developed an in-house unlocking solution. Now it is possible to tune your car, in house using our awesome solution within a few hours!

We can now flash and tune these late-model ECUs directly on our dyno. Eliminating international shipping delays and minimizing vehicle downtime.

By applying our custom Etuners Stage 1 ECU calibration, this 1.5TSi Evo saw big, wonderful gains! An increase from 150 hp to 182 hp, alongside a substantial 67 Nm gain in torque. This performance was achieved using 98RON fuel while maintaining entirely stock hardware.
